Paul de Gregorio

Paul is the founder of Rally and is a leading digital engagement and mobilisation strategist.

Paul has worked with charities and membership organisations all over the world, including (but not limited to), American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, Anti Slavery International, Cancer Research UK, Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace, Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants, The Labour Party, Mermaids, Plan UK, Refuge, Stonewall, Terrence Higgins Trust, The Trussell Trust and UN Women UK - to deliver mobilisation, fundraising and campaigning activity that engages the public at scale and inspires them to take action.

Before founding Rally, Paul was Director of Digital Engagement at Open, where he pioneered the use of mobile as an engagement and recruitment tool in the UK, Australia and the USA. Paul also set up Open’s sister company, Open Mobile Global, a leading payment and messaging company. In addition, he launched Open America in the USA, building the brand, securing its clients and overseeing all projects. 

Paul regularly speaks at conferences and skillshares all over the world with a specific focus on digital engagement and mobilisation.

He compiles and sends an infrequent newsletter, ‘Do Something. Anything.’ that covers politics, mobilisation, activism, campaigning and fundraising from a digital & technology perspective.
