We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been appointed by Peace Direct to create and help deliver their first digital engagement strategy.
Peace Direct are an amazing organisation that supports grassroots peacebuilders in areas of conflict. They work with local communities to help find ways to stop violence and build peace for the long term. We love what they do and we love the progressive way in which they do it.
We’re going to help them figure out how they can use digital to mobilise people behind their values and grow support from those who share them.

Over the next few weeks we’re going to be spending a lot of time with the Peace Direct team in a rapid discovery phase where through a series of interviews, meetings and workshops we’ll immerse ourselves into all that they do, have done and want to do.
We’ll be getting under the skin of previous campaigns, establishing the areas where we could have the quickest wins and will come up with a series of hypotheses to test. When we deliver our test plan we’ll be agile, iterative, fast-paced and sprint based so we can test our hypotheses and importantly build a strategy based on real results, rather than assumptions.
The strategy we create will be constantly evolving based on how it performs. This will be a new way of working so we will be working hard over the next few months to make sure we equip the Peace Direct team with the skills to continually evolve and optimise the strategy themselves. Because we think this is the right thing to do.
